Likes: Motocycles, Motorsport Racing (that is, doing and watching), Cheese. Fuzzy Red Dingo Balls. Soccer (football for those not from north america). Snowboarding. Cooking. Most music 'cept country, did i mention cheeze? Meditation, Reiki, Hiking, Breathing, a nice glass or 5 of red wine, the head massage you get at hair salons. international cuisine. Organizing ski trips back in Canada for my friends and their friends. Aka, gong shows, crazy parties and the like. Halloween, I love dressing up. Pirates, a little obsession, but not an obssession as strong as racing Bunny my YamahaTZ125 GP bike which spent the winter in my living room. What a perfect place to rebuild motors!
Dislikes: Blue cheese, dishonest and/or negative people, red tape, olives, being given the run arround, mayo, when the hair dresser gets water in my ear, major weather changes throughout a race day! Trying to spell!
A good day for me is when: Firstly, when I´ve woken up and am still breathing normally! WOOHOO! A good day at the track for me when i was racing motorcycles was when i either made a break through on a given corner or figured something out about bike dynamics. In general a good day for me is when i have learned something new. This is most days for me! A good day at a ski hill is when I wake up without a hang over, the sun is shinning, there´s fresh powder and it´s NOT 25 below! Another type of good day is sitting at my Mom´s kitchen table in Newfoundland, doing soduko´s or cryptic crossowords over a cup of tea, chatting with Ma and looking out onto the city of St. John´s and the Atlantic Ocean.
A bad day for me is when: i will have to think about this one more.... i don´t have many bad days, just challenging ones where creative problem solving and/or positive negotiating are required! The red tape mentioned above in the dislikes would be days where I was trying to get Visa´s in Canada, and them more paper work crap here in Euskadi! More frustrating than bad however.... i suppose a bad day for me is when i´m not able to change a negative situation into a positive one but as i said before, i don´t have many bad days.
My worst human quality is: Wanting to do everything in one life time!
My best human quality is: Compassion and drive.
